Vero Beach Dental Implants | What You Need to Know About Implants

Do your dentures constantly slip when you’re talking?  Tired of dealing with the embarrassment from your ill-fitted denture? Looking for a permanent way to replace your missing teeth? You can now shoo your worries away and smile with confidence with Vero Beach dental implants! To help you asses if this is the solution for you, here are some things you need to know about dental implants:

It is a Lifetime Solution

Dental implants are designed to last forever. This permanent solution does not have to be replaced or repaired regularly. Not only is it cost-effective but also convenient!

Stops Bone Loss

A missing tooth not replaced for a very long time can cause the bone underneath it to deteriorate. In order to maintain bone mass, it will need constant stimulation. Dental implants are able to do this through osseointegration. Not only will it replace your missing tooth but it will also help restore and keep the bone in your jaws healthy.

Keeps Your Facial Structure Intact

The reason behind why some people have that caved-in wrinkled look around their mouth is because of bone loss due to tooth loss. The lack of proper support from your jawbones can affect the facial structure-making you look wrinkly and old. Dental implants stop this from happening by providing support and encourage healthy bone growth.

Not Susceptible to Cavities

Implants are made of artificial materials that cavities cannot harm. But this is not an excuse to just ignore your oral health. If you want this treatment to last you a lifetime, keep practicing good oral hygiene.
