5 Signs It Might Be Time for Dentures

Missing teeth can sneak up on you—one here, one there. Before long, your smile, your bite, and even your face shape start to shift.

If you’ve noticed discomfort, trouble chewing, or changes in your appearance, it might be time to talk about dentures. Your dentist will help you find the right solution with Treasure Coast dentures tailored to your needs.

How Do You Know It’s Time for Dentures?

Dentures aren’t just for seniors. These five signs apply to adults of all ages who want a better bite, clearer speech, and a confident smile.

1. You’re Missing Multiple Teeth

Whether it’s due to decay, trauma, or gum disease, several missing teeth can throw off your entire bite. This affects how you chew, talk, and even how your jaw lines up. Dentures help restore that lost balance, preventing further damage.

2. You Struggle With Chewing

Do you avoid certain foods? Is chewing steak or even apples a challenge? This could mean your remaining teeth aren’t doing their job anymore. Partial or full dentures can help you enjoy meals again without worry.

3. You’ve Noticed Facial Sagging

Teeth support the shape of your cheeks and lips. Without them, facial muscles sag and skin folds deepen. Dentures fill out your smile and help restore your natural facial contour.

What to Do Next

You don’t have to wait until things get worse. If any of these signs sound familiar, dentures could dramatically improve your quality of life. A custom solution can bring back your smile, ease your bite, and help you feel like yourself again.
